What should I include in my first message?

The action make and model, current chambering, intended use, desired change and your location are a useful start. Photographs can be discussed after the initial reply.

Can I visit the workshop?

Visits are by prior arrangement. Please contact the team first so we can make sure the right person is available and confirm any requirements.
